About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Director Support, you will be a trusted partner to our Commercial Director, helping to keep priorities on track and ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day business activities. This role offers the chance to work along senior leaders, contribute to key business initiatives and continue building a rewarding long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence, including actioning, delegating, following up and filing communications
- Provide day-to-day administrative, project and executive support to the Commercial Director
- Coordinate internal team events, customer events and business functions
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, training sessions, agendas, minutes and presentations
- Manage local and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Process expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Compile and distribute departmental reports and business documentation
- Support business projects and initiatives as required
- Liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient team operations
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, executive support or PA role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and confident working in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment
- Exposure to AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, will be highly regarded
