Who are we?
Humanforce’s vision is to make work easier and life better for frontline and flexible workforces.
Humanforce provides the market leading, best-in-one human capital management (HCM) suite for frontline and flexible workforces - without compromise. Our employee centred, intelligent and compliant HCM suite is highly integrated and composable, and consists of Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Talent, Payroll, and Wellbeing.
Humanforce has built strong foundations since its founding in 2002. We help over 2300 customers and almost 1 million employees under management in 30+ countries, across a wide range of industries, including aged, child and health care; education; hospitality; retail; local government and more. Today, we have offices across Australia, Recent Zealand, United Kingdom, North America and the Philippines.
Customers choose Humanforce because we enable them to deliver an exceptional employee experience, build a compelling employee value proposition, and connect the flow of the world’s talent with the growth, productivity and efficiency objectives of frontline and flexible workforces.
Who you are
You'll own product marketing for Humanforce's People Experience & Talent portfolio - HR, Talent, Learning, Benefits and employee experience. Your job is to understand the problems our customers face, what matters to the people who buy, and turn that into the positioning, messaging and stories that make Humanforce the obvious choice.
This is more than a launch role. You'll build always-on product marketing that keeps products selling long after launch, drives adoption and cross-sell, gives our commercial teams what they need to win, and connects individual products into a stronger suite proposition. You'll also help shape the bigger stories - Humanforce's position in frontline HCM, AI, workforce intelligence and connected workforce technology.
This is a global role. Humanforce has a strong foundation in APAC and ambitious growth plans across North America and EMEA. You'll help our product story travel - building propositions that scale across markets, and adapting positioning and go-to-market where customer needs, competitive dynamics and market maturity differ.
You are strategic and hands-on, and you can build the work yourself. You write the copy, design the deck, cut the video and ship the asset - using AI and modern tools to produce high-quality work fast. This is not a role that briefs others and waits.
What you will do
Own positioning and portfolio storytelling
Build deep understanding of the customers, buyers, competitors and use cases across your portfolio, and own the positioning, value propositions, messaging, personas and buyer journeys that follow.
Look past individual features to the bigger problems Humanforce solves across HR, Talent, Learning and Benefits - and turn a feature set into the positioning, the sales narrative and the demo story that make a rep able to sell it.
Shape category and suite narrative
Contribute to Humanforce's category and market position alongside fellow Product Marketers and the wider Growth and Marketing team. Write the point-of-view pieces and category arguments that position Humanforce ahead of where frontline work is heading, and make sure your portfolio stories reinforce the broader Humanforce proposition rather than standing alone. Drive our analyst relations strategy - briefing firms like Gartner, IDC, Everest and Forrester on your portfolio, feeding our story into their research, and using their frameworks to sharpen how we position. Move us from "here's what our product does" to "here's what's changing, what we believe, and why our suite is built for it."
Create exceptional product marketing
Produce the work that puts our products in market - sales narratives, product explainers, demo stories, video, web and campaign propositions, competitive content and thought leadership. You take an idea from concept to finished asset yourself: writing, designing, building decks, producing video, using AI and modern creative tools to move at speed without dropping quality.
Drive GTM and always-on commercialisation
Lead go-to-market for products and major capabilities - audience, positioning, proposition, internal readiness and success measures - and build a repeatable launch system so we don't reinvent the process each time. Then keep products selling after launch: new use cases, fresh customer proof, updated sales plays, and campaign angles Demand Gen and Customer Marketing can run.
Drive customer and commercial impact
Connect your work to measurable outcomes - adoption, expansion pipeline, attach rate and cross-sell, win rate, sales velocity, retention, product revenue. Define what success looks like up front and build the measurement in. Be precise about where PMM owns an outcome, co-leads a motion, or enables another team. Stay close to customers, win/loss and competitive intel, and turn what you learn into sharper positioning and stronger plays.
What you’ll need
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in HR tech, HCM, workforce management, payroll or a similarly complex category
- Proven ownership of product or portfolio positioning, messaging and go-to-market
- Exceptional communication - you turn complex technology into clear customer value
- The ability to execute, not just direct - you personally produce high-quality copy, presentations, content and video
- Fluency with AI and modern creative tools, and the drive to keep evolving how PMM works
- Commercial acumen and the ability to tie PMM activity to real outcomes
- The instinct to think beyond single products toward portfolio, suite and category narratives, and to influence across Product, Sales, CS and Brand
- A bias to action and genuine ownership - you set your own agenda, run with ambiguity, and own the outcome rather than just the task
The Opportunity
Humanforce is PE-backed and moving quickly, and we work with a real sense of ownership. You'll own outcomes rather than tasks - setting your own targets, running at them, and standing behind the results. It suits someone who's worked this way before and wants more of it.
You'll own your portfolio outright, with real room to take on broader responsibility - category, suite storytelling, creative standards - as your impact grows.
