Responsibilities

- Prospecting, generating leads, and building a strong local pipeline

- Conducting buyer and seller conversations, providing a high standard of service

- Supporting the sales process end-to-end, from appraisal to negotiation and close

- Attending open homes and buyer appointments, maintaining robust follow-up

- Working closely with the team to execute campaigns and hit performance targets





- Maintaining professional communication and accurate records throughout the sales process

Requirements

- Full Australian working rights

- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or a willingness to obtain)

- Victorian Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong professionalism, and a goal-driven mindset

- Sales experience preferred but not essential (attitude and work ethic are key)
