Pay Rate: Up to $34 per hour + super
Shift: AM Shift - 7:30am to 3:30pm

Vectura Recruitment is partnering with a well-established production and manufacturing operation in Victoria to recruit an experienced Forklift Driver for a permanent, full-time role on their AM shift.

This position is suited to a reliable, hands-on operator who is comfortable working across forklift operation and manual handling, and who consistently demonstrates high standards of safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a forklift in accordance with workplace safety procedures
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials accurately
- Perform manual handling tasks, including loading by hand where required
- Maintain housekeeping standards across the work area
- Complete production records, paperwork, and data accurately
- Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and work instructions
- Participate in training related to equipment operation and safety
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet operational targets
- Report safety hazards, near misses, and incidents as required

Skills & Experience





- Valid forklift licence with demonstrated operational experience
- Proven experience in a physically demanding role
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance record
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Sound communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
- Robust work ethic with a high level of care for safety, equipment, and product quality

Compliance & Assessments

- Physical capability assessment required
- Drug and alcohol test required
- Must be physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
