The Opportunity

As an AIN / Lifestyle (Social Support), you will play an important role in enhancing the wellbeing, independence and quality of life of our residents. Working closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator and broader care team, you will support the delivery of engaging social, recreational, cultural and wellbeing programs tailored to individual interests, abilities and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

- Deliver personalised personal care and support services aligned with resident choices, needs and preferences
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity, independence and choice
- Plan, facilitate and support social, recreational and cultural activities that promote resident wellbeing
- Foster resident engagement and participation in lifestyle programs and events
- Build positive relationships with residents and encourage feedback regarding lifestyle activities
- Partner with residents and colleagues to continuously develop and improve social and recreational programs




- Support residents living with dementia and behaviours of concern in a respectful and person-centred manner
- Work collaboratively with the Lifestyle Coordinator, care staff and broader multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and engaging community environment

About You

You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in making a genuine difference every day. You enjoy working in a team-focused environment and are committed to delivering exceptional care aligned with best practice standards.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Minimum Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Previous experience in a Residential Aged Care Facility
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Food Handling Certificate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing
- Experience supporting residents living with dementia (preferred)
- Medication Administration experience (desirable)
- Full Australian working rights
