- $85,000 package, with the opportunity to earn up to a 5% annual performance bonus

About the role

As a Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting current business growth and helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making outbound calls to warm leads and prospective clients

- Preparing insurance quotes and following up opportunities through to conversion





- Responding to new business enquiries and guiding customers through the insurance process

- Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of customer service

- Working closely with underwriters and internal teams to develop appropriate insurance solutions

- Maintaining accurate client and sales information throughout the process

- Contributing to team and business growth while developing your insurance knowledge and expertise

About you

We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable and motivated to build a career in insurance.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service or a phone-based environment

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A confident and professional approach when speaking with customers

- A genuine willingness to learn and develop within the insurance industry

- Strong follow-up skills and a results-focused mindset

- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team
