Your new company

Our client is a well-established commercial fit-out contractor delivering high-quality retail projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work secured through to the end of the year and beyond, they are continuing to grow their site-based team and are looking for experienced Shopfitters who take pride in their work. Current projects are located across Macquarie Park and the Sydney CBD, with ongoing opportunities available for the right people.

Your new role

Working as part of an experienced project team, you will be responsible for delivering retail fit-outs from start to finish. This is a hands-on role suited to trade-qualified Shopfitters who enjoy working on fast-paced projects and maintaining high standards on site.

Your duties will include:

- Installation of joinery, fixtures and fittings
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
- Working alongside Site Managers and other trades
- Completing detailed finishing work to a high standard
- Assisting with site set-out and problem-solving




- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

What you'll need to succeed

- Trade qualification in Shopfitting, Carpentry or Joinery
- Previous experience delivering retail fit-out projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Own tools and reliable transport
- White Card
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
