The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Wobbi Logix as a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist and play an important role in shaping the future of our workforce.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while partnering closely with leaders across the business on workforce planning, talent strategy and employer branding.

You will help us anticipate future workforce requirements, build strong talent pipelines and position Wobbi Logix as an employer of choice across the transport and logistics industry.

The role will recruit across transport, logistics, warehousing, operations, technology and corporate services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to onboarding

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and future hiring requirements

- Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and operational needs





- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce requirements

- Develop and strengthen the Wobbi Logix employer brand across recruitment channels

- Create engaging recruitment campaigns, job advertisements and talent content

- Promote Wobbi Logix's culture, career opportunities and employee value proposition (EVP)

- Source, screen and interview candidates across a wide range of roles

- Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and market insights

- Identify workforce gaps, recruitment trends and hard-to-fill roles

- Support succession planning and long-term talent strategies

- Conduct reference checks and manage pre-employment compliance

- Coordinate onboarding and support new employees through their transition into the business

- Provide HR support to managers on recruitment and onboarding best practices

- Maintain recruitment reporting, candidate records and ATS data

- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness and hiring outcomes

- Deliver a positive, inclusive and professional candidate experience

About You

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources

- Experience recruiting within transport, logistics,



supply chain or warehousing is highly desirable

- Experience with workforce planning, talent pipelining or recruitment strategy

- Understanding of employer branding and employee value proposition (EVP) strategies

- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with operational and senior leaders

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and workforce priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience using recruitment platforms such as SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

- HR qualification (AHRI or similar) is advantageous
