About the opportunity
This is an exciting 12-month maximum-term chance to join Footprints' Compliance and Reporting team.
Working closely with the Quality Improvement Manager, you will play an important role in supporting quality improvement projects, organisational reporting, governance activities and system administration. You'll help keep projects moving, maintain key systems and registers, coordinate actions and deadlines, and support the delivery of initiatives that strengthen service quality across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in project support, administration, governance coordination, business support or quality administration who is looking to further develop their skills in quality, compliance and organisational improvement.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with systems and information, and is confident following up actions and coordinating outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Quality Improvement Manager, gain exposure to organisational projects and governance processes, and build valuable skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you will be doing
In this varied and hands-on role, you will:
- Support quality improvement, governance and organisational projects across Footprints.
- Maintain project action plans, registers, reporting tools and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, record actions and monitor completion of agreed outcomes.
- Follow up stakeholders regarding outstanding actions, deadlines and project milestones.
- Support the administration of Footprints' Quality Management System and controlled document processes.
- Maintain organisational records,
registers and governance information, ensuring data remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist with complaints, feedback and continuous improvement processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards and progress updates for managers and leadership teams.
- Support system administration activities, including AlayaCare and other quality and governance systems.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, service quality and continuous improvement.
About you
You are organised, proactive and enjoy bringing structure to projects and processes.
You might already be working in a project support, administration, governance, compliance or quality-related role and looking for your next step. Alternatively, you may have recently started your career in quality, governance or project coordination and are looking for an opportunity to develop under guidance.
You enjoy working with systems, reporting and information management, take pride in accuracy and follow-through, and are confident building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Most importantly, you're someone who sees a task through to completion and enjoys helping teams stay organised and on track.
What you will bring
- A relevant qualification in business administration, project coordination, quality, compliance, information management or a related discipline, together with a minimum of one year relevant experience; or at least two years experience in a similar role without a formal qualification.
- Exposure to quality systems, document control, reporting, registers or continuous improvement activities.
- Experience using AlayaCare or a similar client management, quality management or business system.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong written communication skills and confidence preparing reports, correspondence and documentation.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint.
- The ability to build positive working relationships and confidently follow up actions and outcomes.
- A current Queensland Driver Licence.
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement.
