Our Marketing team is currently looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded and highly organised Brand Manager - Personal Care to join us on a full-time basis. Based at our head office in Ferntree Gully and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in building brand strength, driving innovation and delivering sustainable growth across our Personal Care portfolio. We offer a flexible hybrid working model, with the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week

The Role

This broad and hands-on role balances strategy with execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead new product development projects from concept through to launch, develop and execute annual marketing plans, and help shape the future direction of our Personal Care brands.

Key duties include:

- Supporting the development of brand and portfolio strategies

- Owning and delivering annual marketing plans

- Conducting market analysis and identifying category opportunities

- Driving new product development, innovation and product line extensions

- Managing NPD timelines, cross-functional meetings and project deliverables

- Leading the creative development process and packaging artwork approvals





- Planning and executing new product launch campaigns

- Briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers

- Ensuring consistent brand positioning across all consumer and retailer touchpoints

- Conducting post-launch reviews and identifying optimisation opportunities

- Supporting the Sales team with trade marketing initiatives and category reviews

- Working closely with Social and Digital teams to keep brand platforms current and engaging

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a business-related discipline

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Brand Management

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand development

- Ability to leverage data, research and consumer insights to inform decisions

- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation

- Excellent project management and execution skills

- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding

- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Confident presenting to both retailers and internal stakeholders

- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Canva skills

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
