Early Childhood Teacher | Educational Leader | Nominated Supervisor
Part-Time | 33.5 Hours Per Week $38.30 - $54.50 per hour (based on experience, subject to ELAA assessment)

Your Weekly Schedule

Monday 8:00am - 4:30pm | Teaching
Tuesday 8:30am - 2:30pm | NS, break cover & non-contact
Wednesday 8:00am - 4:30pm | Teaching
Thursday 8:30am - 2:30pm | NS, break cover & non-contact
Friday 9:00am - 1:30pm | EL, NS & non-contact

What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) d qualification
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in a sessional kindergarten setting
- Strong understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)




- Ability to undertake Responsible Person and Nominated Supervisor responsibilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting children with diverse abilities, backgrounds, and learning needs
- Previous experience leading educational programs and mentoring colleagues

- Deliver a high-quality, play-based kindergarten program
- Lead educational practice and curriculum development
- Foster meaningful partnerships with children, families and the wider community
- Champion inclusion, belonging and child wellbeing
- Support continuous quality improvement across the service
- Ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained
- Inspire a culture of collaboration, reflection and skilled growth
