Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Assisting with maintenance coordination and follow-up
- Processing applications, lease renewals and tenancy documentation
- Assisting with routine inspections and entry/exit processes
- Following up arrears and tenancy matters
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate property records
- Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
- Learning the full end-to-end Property Management process





About you We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised and genuinely wants to build a career in Property Management.
You will ideally have:

- Real Estate Certificate / Registration
- Minimum 6 months' experience within real estate
- Previous Property Management or Assistant Property Management experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The confidence to deal with landlords, tenants and contractors professionally
- Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday ssistant Property Manager role with guaranteed career progression within 12 months, great support and a clear path to your own portfolio.
