CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse/Yard Leading Hand for our client, an established industrial materials supplier based in Berrimah, NT.

This role is ideal for someone with a plumbing or civil trade background looking to step off the tools and into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day yard and warehouse operations
- Supervise loading, unloading, stock control and orders
- Coordinate transport, logistics and material deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
- Drive sales across the plumbing and civil sectors
- Maintain strong safety standards across the yard
- Supervise labour and ensure efficient workflow

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Plumbing, civil or related trade background
- Previous yard/warehouse supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing/civil materials
- Experience with stock control and logistics
- LF Forklift Licence highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills

What We Can Offer:

- $110,000 – $120,000 per annum (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Company vehicle + work phone
- Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Permanent, full time opportunity
