About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team on a 14-month maximum term contract (maternity leave replacement) based in Knoxfield. Reporting to the National Commercial Sales Manager, this role provides critical support to our Commercial Sales team nationally.
As the Commercial Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating commercial and key account orders, supporting rebate programs, managing customer enquiries, processing export orders, and providing administrative support to the broader Sales team. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that will suit a highly organised individual with a strong customer focus and excellent attention to detail.
What you’ll be doing
- Processing commercial and key account orders through SAP and B2B platforms
- Coordinating delivery requirements and liaising with dealers and customers
- Managing key account rebate administration and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to customer and account enquiries and resolving issues where appropriate
- Supporting export order processing, quotations and customer communications
- Coordinating demo equipment for Commercial Team members and customers
- Assisting with meetings, reports, purchase orders and budget tracking
- Supporting industry events, trade shows and customer activities
- Maintaining data integrity within SAP and other business systems
- Providing leave coverage and administrative support across the Sales team as required
What you’ll bring
You are a highly organised professional with exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer-service mindset. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in a sales coordination, customer service, administration or commercial support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
- The ability to build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders
Systems Experience
Experience using the following systems will be well regarded
- SAP
- CRM systems
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams)
- Power BI (user level)
- B2B platforms and customer portals
