Site Manager

Location: Sydney-based

We’re looking for a Site Manager to lead upcoming remedial and refurbishment projects across NSW.
Ideally, you’ll be Sydney-based and open to travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of site operations, safety, and delivery. You’ll manage fit-out and refurbishment projects up to $15M, ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading site teams and subcontractors to meet project milestones

- Managing daily site operations and scheduling trades





- Conducting toolbox talks and site meetings

- Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards

- Performing QA checks and managing defect rectification

- Using HammerTech for reporting and site documentation

- Reading and interpreting construction drawings

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience as a Site Manager (non-residential)

- Willingness to work in remote regional locations for extended periods

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Experience with roofing or working at heights (preferred)

- White Card (Construction General Induction)

- Familiarity with HammerTech or similar safety software

- Cert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)

- A passion for quality construction and a strong safety mindset

Additional Information

- Police clearance required for all site-based roles

- Travel is a core requirement of this role
