At the Broker Institute of Australia (BIA), we're helping everyday Australians launch successful careers in mortgage broking - and we're looking for someone who loves talking to people and making a genuine impact.

The best part? You'll be working primarily with warm leads. These are people who've already attended one of our webinars, registered for a masterclass, or shown interest in our courses. They're already interested - you simply help them take the next step.

If you're driven, confident on the phone, and love helping people make big life decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day you'll be connecting with future mortgage brokers by:

- Calling warm leads who have already expressed interest in our courses

- Having genuine conversations to understand their career goals

- Explaining how our programs can help them succeed

- Guiding prospective students through the enrolment process

- Booking appointments where required or enrolling students directly

- Following up with enquiries and keeping your pipeline moving

- Updating HubSpot CRM with notes and outcomes

- Achieving call, appointment and enrolment targets

- Working closely with our marketing and sales teams to continually improve results

What We're Looking For

Bonus points if you have experience in:

- Appointment setting

- Inside sales

- Telesales

- Customer service

- Lead generation

- Admissions or education sales

No mortgage broking experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
