ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our client; a national supplier of aluminum hardware to the commercial & residential construction industry is seeking an Account Manager due to increased growth in the business.

This full time role will primarily focus on the ability to manage an established customer portfolio and develop new business across Perth.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

- Manage and grow an established client-base across Perth, both metro and regional.
- Maintain communication with customers within active portfolio incl. fabricators, glaziers, and installers.
- Promote and cross-sell product range: aluminum window, door & security hardware.
- Provide relevant information to support customer decisions and converting enquiries to sales.




- Providing quotes to customers and follow-up as required to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal customer service and warehouse teams to deliver a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For:

- Sales and/or account management experience (trades, construction & building industry preferred)
- Confident relationship building skills
- Ability to manage quotes, margins and deliver on customer expectations
- Ability to communicate and work effectively alongside internal and management teams.
- Full driver’s license
- Ability to pass a full medical with ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
