The Opportunity Based in Fremantle, you’ll join one of Perth’s leading agencies, known for its strong reputation, established systems and supportive team culture.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 120–150 properties, including the Directors' portfolio, across Fremantle, the western suburbs and coastal areas.

While you’ll have ownership of your portfolio, you won’t be expected to do everything yourself.
Leasing and routine inspections are taken care of,



with additional support from assistants across the more administration-heavy tasks. This gives you the opportunity to focus on the parts of Property Management that matter most — your clients, relationships, communication and problem solving.
You’ll be managing a quality portfolio with a strong base of professional owners and tenants who value proactive communication and a high level of service.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who is confident managing a portfolio and genuinely enjoys the relationship side of Property Management.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Solid end-to-end Property Management experience
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Confidence dealing with professional and high-expectation owners
- Excellent organisation and follow-through
- A calm and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to confidently take ownership of your portfolio
- A collaborative approach and willingness to utilise the support around you
- A genuine passion for Property Management rather than BDM or business development
