THE OPPORTUNITY

Parnell is on an exciting growth trajectory and we’re looking for a Regional Manager to join our Australian Pet Care team, based in Melbourne.

Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a motivated and commercially driven individual who is passionate about building strong customer relationships, growing their territory and making a meaningful impact within the animal health industry.

This is a highly autonomous, customer-facing role responsible for VIC, SA, ACT and bordering regions of VIC and NSW, with regular travel across the region, including to our head office in Sydney.

The package includes base salary, plus bonus, and car allowance. The role will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager ANZ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, veterinary professionals, key accounts and industry stakeholders across your territory.

- Drive sustainable sales growth by identifying new opportunities, growing existing accounts and delivering against territory sales targets and KPIs.

- Promote Parnell’s animal health portfolio, providing engaging product education, training and ongoing support to veterinary teams.

- Develop and execute territory plans that increase customer engagement, product adoption and market share.

- Identify new business opportunities and use customer, competitor and market insights to support commercial growth.

- Represent Parnell at conferences, industry events and customer meetings, building awareness and strengthening our presence within the veterinary community.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a proactive,



solutions-focused and enthusiastic who takes pride in your work and thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You bring:

- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Business, Commerce, Marketing) is preferred, though equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a sales management or team leadership role.

- A strong track record in sales, account management or business development, ideally within animal health, pharmaceuticals, veterinary, healthcare or a related industry. Alternatively, you may be a veterinarian or veterinary nurse looking to take your clinical knowledge and industry experience into a commercial career.

- Exceptional customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships.

- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

- A commercially driven mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and manage a geographically diverse territory.

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the confidence to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to the success of the broader ANZ team.





- A genuine interest in animal health and improving outcomes for veterinary professionals and their patients.

- A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across your territory.
