Scraper / Final Trim Grader Operator - GPS Experience

2:1 Roster | Day Shift Only | FIFO Brisbane or Cairns

We are currently seeking experienced Scraper Operators and Final Trim Grader Operators with GPS experience to join a major operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators looking for consistent work, an attractive roster and robust earning potential. With flights, accommodation and meals provided, plus paid travel time each way, this opportunity offers an excellent overall employment package.

We are particularly interested in experienced operators with demonstrated capability operating CAT Scrapers and/or Final Trim Graders using GPS machine control systems.

The Role

Depending on your experience, duties may include:

Operating CAT Scrapers safely and efficiently

Final trim grader operations to required levels and specifications

Using GPS machine control systems for accurate final trim works

Bulk earthworks, trimming and civil construction activities

Completing equipment pre-starts and inspections

Working to project specifications, levels and tolerances

Maintaining high safety, quality and production standards

Working collaboratively with supervisors and site crews

What You'll Need





Minimum 2 years' relevant operating experience within mining, civil or bulk earthworks

Demonstrated Scraper and/or Final Trim Grader experience

GPS experience essential for Final Trim Grader Operators

Current relevant RII competencies

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Reliable work history and strong attendance

Ability to successfully complete pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening
