Casey Dentists is seeking an experienced, confident and motivated Dental Receptionist & Sales professional to join our busy team.

This is a varied front and back office role for someone who enjoys providing exceptional patient care, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

We are a locally owned, modern dental practice offering a comprehensive range of general and advanced dentistry, including implants, wisdom teeth, All-On-Four, orthodontics, same-day crowns and surgical procedures in our onsite day-surgery facility.

THE ROLE

You will be an important part of the patient journey, responsible for:

- Welcoming and assisting patients

- Managing a busy telephone and reception environment

- Appointment scheduling and patient follow-up

- Responding to phone, email and social media enquiries

- Discussing treatment and fees with patients

- Converting enquiries into appointments

- Processing payments and general administration

- Supporting the clinical team and Practice Manager

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in reception, administration,



sales or customer service

- Confident and professional with patients

- An excellent communicator with a warm telephone manner

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure

- Proactive, reliable and able to use initiative

- Confident with computers and fast, accurate touch typing

- Professionally presented and committed to providing outstanding patient care

Dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person.

- 8.00am start

- 1:15pm finish on Friday

- No weekends
