Rise is looking for someone to step into the ‘Senior Coordinator – Scheduling’ role and help keep our services running smoothly until 2 April 2027. You'll lead the scheduling team through our Senior Schedulers, ensuring productive, effective and compliant rostering across the organisation.
Specifically, you will oversee NDIS, Mental health, Youth Scheduling services and coordinate the Timekeeping and Leave Administration team.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role working hybrid from home and our Helen’s Place Office (Middle Swan). Working hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (some flexibility can be discussed).
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the Scheduling team to deliver great outcomes including the change over from Procura to Alayacare.
- Overseeing workforce allocation and scheduling performance.
- Ensuring rosters align with client needs, staffing requirements, budgets and SCHADS Award conditions.
- Monitoring KPIs, service metrics and staffing levels.
- Resolving complex scheduling issues and acting as an escalation point.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to scheduling processes.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, coaching and performance management of team members.
- Promoting a positive, customer-focused and high-performing team culture.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in scheduling, rostering or workforce coordination.
- Can confidently lead, coach and support others.
- Understands SCHADS Award conditions and rostering practices.
- Is highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable making operational decisions.
- Has strong systems skills and confidence working with scheduling software.
- Enjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways of working.

Appointments to this position require an NDIS worker screening check. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
