At the Australian Motors Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Spare Parts Consultant to join our team at Wayville Mitsubishi.

This is more than just selling parts. You’ll be the person customers and technicians turn to when they need help identifying a part, finding the right application, sourcing something hard to find, or simply getting the job done right.

You’ll be part of a fast paced service department that relies on your accurate, timely and professional attention to detail, and guess what, you’ll have fun doing it!

What you’ll be doing:

- Identify and interpret automotive spare parts

- Find the correct parts for a wide range of makes and models

- Research part numbers, specifications and vehicle compatibility

- Source parts and liaise with suppliers

- Process and coordinate customer orders

- Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries

- Provide practical, knowledgeable advice

- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

- Help find solutions when the right part isn’t always obvious

Who are we looking for?

We’re open to someone early in their automotive parts career through to someone with solid industry experience.

You might already be working in automotive parts, or you may have strong automotive knowledge and be ready to take the next step.
