Pacific Fuel Solutions is seeking an experienced Fuel Tanker Driver to join our team in Mackay, QLD. You will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of fuel products to our customers across the region.
What you'll be doing
1. Operate and maintain fuel tanker vehicles in accordance with all safety regulations and company policies
2. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical fitness and identify any maintenance issues
3. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel quantities, and customer interactions
4. Comply with all applicable dangerous goods handling legislation and transportation regulations
What we're looking for
1. Current and valid Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi Combination (MC) driver's licence with a clean driving record
2. Proven experience operating fuel tanker vehicles or similar dangerous goods transport vehicles
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. High level of attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping
5. Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
