From long lunches and sunset drinks to late-night celebrations, every service is about bringing people together and creating moments worth remembering.

We’re currently looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the venue, inspiring and developing the team, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a quick-paced environment, loves creating an energetic team culture, and knows what it takes to deliver premium service at a high-volume venue.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
- Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
- Monitoring of wages, comps and wastages
- Team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgeting
- Assisting the guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
- Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business
- Ensuring venue presentation is at a high standard at all times




- Liaising with other departments on a regular basis
- A high knowledge of the product produced in venue

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within premium dining or high-volume hospitality
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and motivates their team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A passion for hospitality, great food, and creating memorable experiences
- Current RSA and RMLV
