Are you a recent graduate looking to build a rewarding career in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ)?

Swan Transit is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HSEQ Graduate to join our team and gain hands-on experience in one of Western Australia's leading public transport organisations.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced HSEQ professionals, supporting safety, environmental and quality initiatives across our Perth metropolitan operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, gain exposure to a large operational workforce, and make a genuine impact on the safety and wellbeing of our people and communities.

About the Role:

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will support the implementation of Swan Transit's Health, Safety, Workplace and Quality strategy while helping maintain compliance with legislative and company requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Support the delivery of safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Preparing HSEQ reports and analysing performance trends.
- Maintaining safety, quality and environmental records.
- Supporting safety committees and toolbox meetings.
- Assisting with contractor and visitor management systems.
- Monitoring compliance training requirements and records.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of HSEQ systems and processes.
- Working with operational teams across multiple depot locations throughout Perth.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and passionate about creating safer workplaces.

You will ideally have:





- A recent qualification in Work Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in HSEQ
