About Invida

Invida Property Management is a growing national property management business specialising in residential and co-living accommodation across Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland. Invida provides an exciting and professional way to assist in the Housing Crisis, by renting out fully furnished lockable ensuite rooms in a purpose built shared house eg One single home might have 6 private lockable rooms - each with their own ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. (This can be changed to something similar, but it needs to describe what Indvida do, because most people in WA have not heard of Invida or co living. It is also a chance for us to advertise Invida a little bit. Someone reading the ad might be looking for a room, or might have a friend looking for a room)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Field Agent – Leasing & Inspections to take ownership of our Perth North portfolio.

This is a fast-paced, field-based role for someone who enjoys meeting people, takes ownership of results and is motivated to fill vacancies quickly.

Your Area – Perth North

Your portfolio will be located across Perth’s northern corridor, including:

- Joondalup

- Wanneroo

- Henley Brook

- Aveley

- Butler

- Alkimos

- Eglinton

- Yanchep

- Surrounding Perth North suburbs

Ideally, you will live in or close to Perth’s northern suburbs to minimise travel between properties.

You will take ownership of this area and manage its open homes, inspections and field-based leasing activity.

This Is Not Traditional Residential Leasing

Our co-living properties can have multiple individually leased rooms, meaning you may be working with several prospective tenants for the same property at once.





Simply opening the door isn't enough.

We need a genuine go-getter who will pick up the phone, respond quickly to enquiries and take ownership of filling every available room.

You'll understand what each prospective tenant is looking for, help match them with the right Invida home and confidently guide them through the leasing process.

Working Hours

This is a full time position of 38 hours across five days per week, including Saturdays.

Your working week will generally consist of:

- Four weekdays

- Every Saturday or Sunday

- Weekday hours generally between 9:00 am and 5.00pm

- Flexibility to conduct open homes after 5:00 pm

- Administration completed during normal office hours

Every available property must be opened at least once per week, preferably once during the week (sometimes after 5pm) and on a Saturday or Sunday.

Saturday availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Own your area – take responsibility for vacancies and work proactively to fill available rooms.

- Conduct weekly open homes across your portfolio.

- Respond quickly to enquiries and proactively call and follow up prospective tenants.

- Conduct entry, exit and routine property inspections, but only on a single room. (Danielle, if we don’t write this, no one will apply because PMs don’t like doing entry and exit inspections because they are usually outsourced in WA)

- Identify and report maintenance, presentation and compliance concerns.

- Maintain accurate records and complete administration promptly.





- Work closely with our Property Management team to ensure properties and tenancies run smoothly.

- Manage your own field schedule and travel efficiently throughout the Perth North area.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, confident, organised and comfortable picking up the phone.

You don't wait for someone else to tell you what needs to happen next.

You'll be successful if you:

- Can confidently manage multiple vacancies and enquiries.

- Work well independently.

- Are organised and comfortable managing your own schedule.

- Understand the importance of reducing vacancy for property owners.

- Enjoy being out on the road rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

Essential Requirements

You must have:

- The appropriate WA Property Manager’s real estate registration/qualification

- Current unrestricted driver's licence.

- Reliable vehicle.

- Availability to work four weekdays and every Saturday or Sunday

- Ability to travel throughout Perth's northern suburbs.

Experience with PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate (IRE) will be highly regarded.

Previous experience in residential leasing, property management, co-living or rooming accommodation is desirable.
