Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Coronary Care Unit on a contract basis, starting from 7 September 2026. This is a focused opportunity to deliver high-level cardiac nursing care in a specialised ward setting. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of AUD$45.00 to AUD$60.00, with a minimum commitment of four weeks. Preferred Requirements

- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA




- Demonstrated experience in coronary care or acute cardiac nursing
- Competence in cardiac monitoring, ECG interpretation, and acute patient assessment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of a contract placement

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration
- Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in cardiac or critical care nursing
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain it
