Grafton Base Hospital & Health Service is seeking a Registered Nurse or Social Worker with community mental health experience to join their CAMHS/MH team on a contract basis. Preferred Requirements





- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Social Worker with AHPRA or relevant regulatory body
- Demonstrated experience working in community mental health settings
- Robust clinical assessment and communication skills in mental health contexts
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Sound knowledge of mental health frameworks and evidence-based practice

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a related health discipline
- Post-graduate qualification or specialisation in mental health nursing or community mental health practice
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
