The Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic customer service professionals with a can-do attitude to kickstart their careers through our comprehensive training program, delivering contact centre services in Western Australia.

In this vital contact centre role, you will assist customers and resolve their enquiries, with a strong emphasis on providing exemplary customer service. You will use a variety of computer-based resources and programs to achieve this. Your ability to build rapport with customers and work quickly and efficiently will be crucial to your success in this role.

There are several full‑time, six (6) month fixed‑term positions available for immediate filling, with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency.

Locations available:

· Cannington, Innaloo

o Monday to Friday, operating between 7:00am and 5:45pm.

· Customer Information Centre – East Perth

o A 24/7 operation with shifts available across all hours.

that arise within the next 12 months from date of first appointment across the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure.
