Why Join Kidz Bizz?

One of the things that makes Kidz Bizz special is that we are a P&C-operated;, community-based OSHC service.

We aren't a large corporate service. Our team works closely with our children, families, school and P&C;, and our educators have the chance to genuinely contribute their ideas, strengths and interests to our program and service.

We value educators who bring their own personality to Kidz Bizz and who aren't afraid to jump in and be part of the fun.

We are continually reflecting on our practice and exploring new ways to strengthen children's wellbeing, inclusion, engagement and sense of belonging.

We also believe our educators deserve opportunities to continue developing their own confidence, knowledge and skills within a supportive team environment.

Most importantly, we want Kidz Bizz to be a place where children want to come - somewhere they can relax after a busy school day, connect with their friends and educators, explore their interests, have fun and simply be themselves.

If you're looking for an OSHC role where you can bring your experience, personality, ideas and strengths to work and genuinely make a difference in children's everyday lives, we would love to hear from you!
