This is a live, active desk that's already integral to the business, a volume, blue-collar desk covering technicians, leading hands and supervisors across mineral processing operations. You'll find candidates in the system, clients who know your name and jobs moving through the pipeline. The foundations are already there.

What this desk needs now is someone with the drive to build on that momentum. Someone who can see the potential in what's already working and push it further, deepening client relationships, expanding the candidate pool, and finding the roles that haven't been tapped yet.

If you've worked a desk like this before, you know what it takes: consistent activity, staying close to your clients, and being the first call candidates make when they're ready to move. When you're in that rhythm of talent pooling and marketing good candidates to clients, you've got the opportunity to work on what can become one of our most lucrative desks.

Great recruiters never stop learning

You'll have the opportunity to build on what you already know. You'll grow your expertise in mining workforce recruitment, with a specific focus on the processing plant setting, through regular training sessions and a clear development plan. You'll be supported by experienced coaches to help you get more from every call.

With agreements in place with some of the biggest names in mining, much of your work will be speaking with people who've heard of you. And when new opportunities come up, on-site processing roles from technician level through to supervisor,



you'll be backed by our business development and marketing teams, so you won't feel like you're going in cold or unsupported.

You'll have the tools and support that make your job easier: integrated tech, marketing, onboarding, payroll, and business development teams that have your back, so you're freed up to focus on what you do best.

About you:

- You have a desire to succeed. You enjoy building relationships and you're comfortable having honest conversations with people. You can easily pick up on what people need and you enjoy working in a supportive team

- Experience in technical recruitment helps, ideally 18 months or more. Experience recruiting for mining, processing plants or trades is a bonus, but it's not essential.
