We're seeking an engaging and knowledgeable person to join our Corporate Services Team.

Located out of our Huntly office (near Bendigo), the Occupational Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Risk Officer will provide specialist advice, training, reporting and assurance to support legislative compliance, organisational resilience, effective risk management and a positive safety culture.

The successful candidate will have:

- Demonstrated experience maintaining and improving health, safety and risk management frameworks and systems, including application of the Victorian OH&S; Act, Risk Management standards, Compliance Codes, Workcover and other relevant regulation.

- Experience in Risk Management assessment with a proven ability to coach, support and develop others.

- Understanding of contractor management and field-based safety risks.

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience interpreting data,



identifying trends and preparing reports for senior management and governance committees.

- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational change through collaboration, coaching and effective communication.
