Role Overview
Lead the full performance, growth and strategic direction of a major QLD operation within the construction and infrastructure sector. This senior role oversees financial results, operational excellence, safety, client relationships and leadership capability while contributing as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The position is accountable for delivering safe, profitable and scalable services aligned with long‑term organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic planning, business performance and long‑term growth across QLD.
- Lead financial performance including revenue, profitability, budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safe, effective and high‑quality service delivery.
- Champion safety, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and develop Operations,



Regional and functional leaders.
- Promote innovation, digital adoption and process improvement across all service lines.
- Contribute to organisational capability, leadership culture and succession planning.

Qualifications and Experience

- Proven experience leading multi‑site or large‑scale operational teams in construction or infrastructure.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial performance.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, organisational leadership and change management.
- Experience developing leaders, building capability and driving high‑performance cultures.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, governance and continuous improvement.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
