The Role:
- Provide food and beverage service while maintaining cleanliness in food service and preparation areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations.
- Drive exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle 3-plate carry efficiently to serve multiple guests quickly.
- Contribute to the events and functions at NGV.
The Person:
- RSA certification.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne's food and beverage trends.
- Passionate about coffee and skilled in staff training and development.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading team briefings for up to 12 members.
- Well-groomed, and professional.
