What You'll Do:
- Coordinate daily cross‑dock operations to ensure goods are received, staged and despatched on time
- Receive inbound stock and ensure all goods are accurate & undamaged
- Complete daily and weekly checks of forklifts, reach trucks and other MHE, reporting defects immediately
- Remove damaged or unsafe equipment from service until repaired
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and free of hazards, including explicit walkways and emergency exits
- Enforce PPE and high‑visibility clothing requirements for all workers and visitors
- Monitor staging area volumes and bookings to support effective vehicle scheduling
- Manage stock and escalate issues where goods remain onsite beyond two business days
- Report damaged or lost goods
- Assist with audits, equipment servicing and warehouse layout improvement
