We collaborate with the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies to bring current medicines and vaccines to life. We have established operations in Spearwood, Osborne Park and Mandurah and are looking for an (experienced) Clinical Trial Coordinator or Research Nurse to join our team in Osborne Park on a full-time or part-time basis.

About the Role

This role focuses on the care, safety and co-ordination of participants in clinical trials conducted at TrialsWest. In this role you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring that the clinical trials are conducted according to ICH GCP and the study protocol.

- Recruiting and screening participants to determine their eligibility for trials.

- Processing of participant study biospecimens according to the Study Protocol and Study Lab Manual.

- Collection and documentation of trial data, as required by the study protocols (including vital signs, ECGs, spirometry, blood, sputum and urine sample collections, questionnaires).

- Maintaining an inventory of study supplies using provided forms (e.g, drug accountability logs) and order new supplies as required

- Preparing for, co-ordinating and attending monitoring visits

- Reporting adverse events, serious adverse events, medication errors,



device incidents and complaints according to trial-specific timelines and procedures

- Completing case report forms (CRFs) and respond to data queries in a timely manner

- Management of investigator site files.

About You

As the successful candidate you will either have a tertiary qualification in health or biological science with experience in clinical trials or have a qualification in nursing. You must have meticulous attention to detail and well-developed computer skills. Experience with a range of EDC and eCOA systems will be highly regarded.

The ability to work in a professional manner and be accountable for your work is required for success in this role. You will need to have the ability and desire to work with minimal supervision; but still enjoy working alongside others team members.

The successful candidate will have well-developed oral and written English language skills and be an Australian citizen or have Australian work rights.
