About the Opportunity as Project Coordinator
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery from construction through to completion. Working alongside experienced project and site teams, you will assist with project coordination, subcontractor management, documentation, reporting and project close-out activities.
This position is ideal for someone looking to further develop their career on a large construction project while gaining valuable exposure to finishes, fit-out and handover processes.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator/Engineer, Contract Administrator or similar role
- Experience working on commercial, education, government or institutional projects valued from $50M+
- Experience supporting finishes, fit-out,
commissioning or project completion activities highly regarded
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Solid organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a project team
- Understanding of construction contracts, project controls and reporting processes
