We’re currently seeking Experienced Support Workers in Colac to join our passionate team and help individuals achieve their personal goals and live life on their terms.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you’ll support clients with a range of physical, intellectual, and mental health needs. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and encourage community participation — all while providing respectful, high-quality care.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalised support to individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties

• Support clients to achieve their goals and live independently

• Encourage community participation, social engagement, and recreational activities

• Monitor wellbeing and report changes in behaviour or health





• Providing support in basic first aid and supporting clients with medication where and as required

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and follow individualized care plans

• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a Support Worker or Care Assistant role

• A genuine passion for supporting others and promoting independence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Robust understanding of mental health, physical disabilities, and safeguarding

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs

Essential Requirements

• Minimum qualification, Certificate III in Individual support, Aged Care and Disability

• First Aid Certification

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Current Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle

• National Police Check

• Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations

• Rights to work in Australia

• 100 points of ID, e.g. Passport, Driver License, Citizenship, Medicare
