Limestone Coast Wines (LCW) is one of the more exciting stories in Australian wine right now and is proving there's a different way forward. We're growing two purpose-led brands - The Hidden Sea and Vandenberg and for every bottle of The Hidden Sea sold, we remove 10 plastic bottles from the ocean. 36 million and counting. We're a premium, carbon-neutral winery producing from the six regions of the Limestone Coast, and we're looking for a Cellar Manager who wants to be part of a small, hands-on team that rolls up its sleeves and gets things done.

About the Role

This isn't a desk job. As Cellar Manager, you'll run the floor - cellar and vintage operations, quality and hygiene and hands-on oversight of winery maintenance. You'll:

- Lead daily cellar operations, from processing through to wine that's ready to meet spec, working closely with our winemaking team

- Keep our equipment, plant and facilities running reliably - planning maintenance, fixing what you can, and bringing in the experts for the rest

- Build and lead a small, engaged cellar crew, scaling up with extra hands for vintage

- Manage budgets, inventory and compliance, without ever losing sight of what matters: excellent wine, made safely

What You'll Bring

- Trade qualification with maintenance/plant experience,



or equivalent hands-on knowledge from a vineyard, agriculture or wine production background - this could also suit an up-and-coming winemaker looking to build broader, hands-on experience across the winery.

- 3–5+ years in a production winery, vineyard or agricultural environment, with a knack for fixing things

- A safety-first mindset and a genuine willingness to get your hands dirty

- The ability to think on your feet and keep a cool head when vintage turns up the pressure
