Service Advisor – Mercedes-Benz Toorak

Mercedes-Benz Toorak is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support sustained growth in our service department. This role suits a proven advisor who operates at a prestige standard, controls their day, protects documentation quality, and drives customer retention.

The Role

You will be the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, accountable for experience, documentation accuracy, and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Own the customer journey from booking to delivery

- Set and manage expectations on scope, timing, and cost

- Prepare and finalise Repair Orders and invoices accurately and on time

- Maintain zero-tolerance for documentation errors

- Liaise with technicians and management to control workflow

- Use Pentana Solutions (ERA Power) to manage bookings, RO flow, and invoicing

What We’re Looking For

- Current or recent experience as a Service Advisor (prestige dealership preferred)

- Working knowledge of Mercedes-Benz servicing standards (strongly regarded)

- Calm under pressure; decisive with customers and workshop

- High attention to detail – documentation errors are not tolerated

- Solid written and verbal communication

- High competency with Outlook and Microsoft Office

- ERA Power experience highly regarded

- Proactive, commercially minded, team-oriented





- Professional presentation and conduct
