The Role

As Business Development Manager, you'll be at the front line of our growth strategy, responsible for:

- Identifying, targeting and onboarding recent business accounts.

- Building a strong, sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.

- Generating consistent lead flow to support the wider Drive Approved network.

- Developing long-lasting B2B relationships built on trust and results.





- Representing Drive Approved as a trusted partner in the finance and automotive industry.

What We're Looking For

- Proven business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within finance, automotive or vehicle broking.

- A genuine hunter mentality with a track record of winning new accounts.

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities at once.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

- Passion for building partnerships in the automotive and finance industry.
