Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you thrive in a nurturing and energetic setting? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our vibrant Childcare Centre as a Diploma or Certificate III Qualified Educators.

Balgownie Early Learning are looking for an educator to join their team, the following positions will be accepted;

- Full time roles and part time roles

- Diploma or Certificate III

Our service is a Child Safe Organisation and rigorous background checks and employment history checks will be undertaken during the recruitment process. Mandatory national child safety training through Geccko is required for all applying applicants or you must be willing to complete if not yet obtained.

Certificate III Educator:

- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)

- A caring, enthusiastic and reliable attitude

- A genuine love for children and education

- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

- Confident in programming and planning for children





Diploma Qualified Educator:

- Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

- Confident in programming, planning and leading rooms

- A positive, professional and caring approach
