d'Albora, Australia's largest Marina Group, is offering an exciting opportunity for the role of casual Boatyard Hand at The Spit Boatyard.

Perfectly positioned in Middle Harbour on Sydney’s leafy North Shore, The Spit Marina is centrally located within easy reach of the city’s stunning icons.

This is your chance to join an enthusiastic team in a fast-paced marine service workplace with extensive training provided to advance your skills in all aspects of yard operations and associated waterfront activities.

Reporting to the Boatyard Operations Manager, your key tasks will consist of but not limited to:

- Perform daily boatyard tasks

- Ensure timely retrieval and launch of vessels

- Perform repairs and services

- Monitor and maintain stock levels

- Prepare vessels for required maintenance

- Apply antifoul and other applications

The ideal person we seek would have:





- Sound knowledge of vessel construction and maintenance practices.

- Basic Maintenance skills and ability to use hand and power tools

- A forklift & current boat license is preferred but not essential.

- Reliable and punctual.

- Awareness of workplace safety, health, quality and environmental standards.

Experience in boatyard work is preferred but not essential.
