About the Role

- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care in aged care and multi-purpose facilities.
- Lead and support care staff while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee medications, wound care, documentation, clinical handovers, and escalation of resident needs.
- Ensure care aligns with the Aged Care Quality Standards and facility procedures.
- Build strong rapport with residents, families, and staff to foster positive care environments.

What You’ll Need

- Minimum 12 months experience as an RN or EN in residential aged care or similar.
- Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted).
- Police Check within the last 12 months.
- Up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Full Australian working rights (citizenship, PR, or relevant visa).
- A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to hit the ground running.
