Hourly Rate of Pay (Manager):

- Monday to Friday $39.56
- Saturday $49.28
- Sunday $69.01

Plus, up to $600 per month in bonuses.

Hours: Full time.

Our services include:

- Waxing, including brows, body and female Brazilian
- Brow and lash tinting
- Spray tanning
- Makeup

At WAXD, our Salon Managers are trusted to lead with confidence and take ownership of their salon, while having the support, training and resources of a growing brand behind them.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Salon Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Helensvale salon.

You will have the autonomy to lead your team, drive results, maintain exceptional standards and create an environment where both clients and team members feel valued.

This role would be ideal for:





- An experienced Salon Manager or 2IC who is ready for more autonomy, recognition and reward.
- A Senior Beauty Therapist who has demonstrated leadership skills and is ready to step into their first management position.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We are looking for someone who is confident, motivated and genuinely enjoys leading people.

Ideally, you will have:

- Certificate III in Beauty Therapy or higher.
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Team Leader,



2IC or Senior Beauty Therapist.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
- The confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- A strong understanding of salon standards, performance and day-to-day operations.
- A positive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
- The ambition to grow with a successful and expanding brand.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who cares about people, takes pride in their work and leads by example.

As Salon Manager, you will take ownership of:

- Leading, coaching and developing your team.
- Creating a positive and high-performing salon culture.
- Rostering and day-to-day salon operations.
- Maintaining exceptional service and professional standards.
- Managing stock and salon presentation.
- Driving sales and achieving performance targets.
- Ensuring every client receives the WAXD experience.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the salon.
- Supporting and developing team members to reach their potential.
