Digital Marketing & Shopify Specialist – Casual

$40–$50 per hour + super | 8–16 hours per week | On-Site Position

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Shopify Specialist to work with our business on a casual, part-time basis.

This is a hands-on, on-site position managing and improving our digital marketing, Google presence, paid advertising and Shopify online store.

This is NOT a work-from-home or remote position.

The successful applicant will be required to work from our business premises during agreed hours each week.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital marketing and eCommerce performance, including:

- Managing and improving our Shopify online store

- Managing Google Ads / Google Search campaigns

- Managing Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager

- Improving SEO and organic Google rankings

- Keyword and competitor research

- Google Merchant Centre and product feed management

- Creating and improving product pages and collections

- Improving website layout, navigation and customer experience

- Creating and optimising landing pages

- Setting up and reviewing Google Analytics and conversion tracking

- Developing online promotions and sales campaigns

- Monitoring advertising budgets and campaign performance

- Improving conversion rates and online sales

- Reporting on leads, sales, cost per lead, conversions and return on advertising spend

What We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level position.

You must have demonstrated, practical experience with:

- Shopify

- Google Ads

- Google Analytics

- SEO

- Meta Ads Manager

- Facebook and Instagram advertising

- Google Merchant Centre

- eCommerce marketing

- Conversion tracking and campaign optimisation

Experience with graphic design, email marketing and creating advertising content would also be highly regarded.

Results Matter





We are looking for someone who understands that successful digital marketing is not measured simply by clicks, impressions, followers or website traffic.

We want measurable results — enquiries, customers, online sales and profitable return on advertising spend.

You will be expected to regularly review campaign performance and make changes based on actual results.

Experience & References Are Essential

Applicants must be able to provide:

- Examples of Shopify stores or websites they have worked on

- Examples of Google Ads campaigns they have managed

- Examples of Facebook/Meta campaigns they have managed

- Evidence of previous results where available

- At least two professional references

Applicants who cannot demonstrate relevant experience will not be considered.

Hours & Pay

Casual Position

8–16 hours per week initially

$40–$50 per hour + super, depending on experience

There is potential for additional hours as the role develops and results are demonstrated.

Hours can be arranged across agreed days each week.

Important – On-Site Position

This position is based at our premises and is not available as a remote or work-from-home role.

We want someone who can work directly with our team, understand our products and businesses, and become actively involved in developing our online sales and marketing.
