Join a growing Allied Health Team as their first dedicated Occupational Therapist and play a key role in building their OT service from the ground up.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced NDIS Occupational Therapist who wants autonomy, flexibility and genuine career growth, without sacrificing support or connection with a close-knit team.

About the Role This is a community-based, home-based OT position covering Sydney, including:

- Blue Mountains / Glenbrook
- South Campbelltown
- Upper North Shore
- Northern Beaches

You'll work independently with NDIS participants across diverse communities, while having the support of a small and collaborative allied health team of four.
You'll have the opportunity to help shape the OT service, with the potential to mentor and support a future part-time OT as the team continues to grow.

For You:

- $110,000 base salary + super
- Home-based, flexible working
- Travel reimbursement for client travel
- Laptop and phone provided
- AHPRA registration and CPD costs covered

What We’re Looking For:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- 2+ years' OT experience
- Solid NDIS experience
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Confidence working autonomously in a community setting
- Availability and contactability between 9am–5pm
