We are currently offering a full time CS0 role, however part time would be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

As our Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Prepare applications, liaise and implement with product providers for new and existing client requirements.

- Preparation and collation of documents for clients' meetings

- Correspond with clients to keep them updated along the way.

- Back up for phone and reception (lunch breaks, phone overflow etc)





Key Requirements

- Minimum 4-5 years' experience within a Financial Planning firm in a similar role.

- X-Plan (Compass) experience mandatory

- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, with a passion to delivering outstanding customer service

- A sound understanding of Financial Planning administration and advice implementation process

- The ability to prioritise workflow, work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

- A willingness to learn and develop in your role
