About the Role

As a Senior Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in creating an outstanding experience for our patients while supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality dental care.

Your day may include:

- Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures.

- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining high infection control standards.

- Sterilising instruments and managing clinical stock.

- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinical area.

- Providing guidance and support to other Dental Assistants.

- Helping maintain high clinical and practice standards.

- Providing reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.

- Working closely with our clinicians, reception and management teams to ensure each day runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

- Has previous Dental Assisting experience.

- Is confident providing high-level chairside assistance.

- Is organised,



reliable and takes pride in their work.

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Can lead by example and support other team members.

- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

- Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Takes initiative and is able to work independently.

Experience in surgical, implant or complex dentistry will be highly regarded.
